Thats what gets me. I do like it and use it a lot. When I sell items, I always get them out and on the way in less then a day. When I win an item, I always pay immediately. If I realize its the wrong item or not what I want. I still buy it and figure its on me to resell it. Not play the game this idiot does and blame paypal. I think if he would of admitted he made a mistake and didn't want to it, I would of relisted it. Calling him out on the lies seemed to get him I guess. I'll keep using it but I guess the lesson is if you sell something and the buyer never pays you, you just move on and forget about it. You can't say anything or you get negative feedback and no recourse without a lot of emails and time. Great system.
