Install FakeLocation from Cydia and it changes your location to anywhere in the world you want it to be. For mobile phones, MLB must verify blackout rule location based on GPS location vs IP.
On the PC, I bypass MLB's blackout rules using Foxy Proxy as an add-on to firefox which allows me to login from another ip address and then shut it down when the game starts so I can use my real IP and not lose speed by going thru a proxy server halfway around the world.
When FSMW bought the rights to broadcast the Cards and one doesn't have pay TV - a baseball fan has to get creative.
