Several years ago I bit the bullet and bought a Jade all stainless commercial 6 burner with a grill. It is a tad wide at 48 inches but completely pops apart for easy cleaning as expected with a commercial range. The two biggest issues were the price, around $5000 or so and the weight which is 450 pounds. We have an open crawl space under the main part of the house but so far no issues.
