Why did the old engine drop a valve? Was it a stock configuration. Was it an engine you previously built?
Was it an exhaust or intake. With the later...sodium or stainless.
Was the seat at fault? We would be interested in your findings once it is apart.
Also, was she racing you in the bug at the time
