This is going to be a tough one.... VC 22349(a) Except as provided in Section 22356, no person may drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than 65 miles per hour.
Hard to win that one, though the fact that the ticket was for 68.... May help. Everything I am reading on this has speeds of 75-90 in a 65.
