Sometimes when you do the right thing, you open yourself up to bad things. It's just the way it is.
In the situation in the video, i'd be far more worried about one of those black chicks having a blade (very likely) and stabbing me than i would be about the abstract notion of getting sued or arrested.
When our new castle law passes here in a few months, it will be illegal for a criminal to sue their victim in the state of Pa, so hopefully that would prevent most such occurances where a good Samaritan jumps in to help and subsequently gets sued blind or charged for his troubles.
If you help you could come to regret it, but if i stood there and watched that kind of a beating and did nothing, i KNOW i would regret it, and it would haunt me.
