Please post some advice or links or something. There are so many backfire issues but they seem to be fairly brief.

Reason I would like to see an ultimate thread started:

I had a nasty backfire and a wrench said it was some clogged fuel lines/injectors. He "blew them out" and resolved the issue. 4 months later and the backfire has returned. My thought is to send off the injectors and have them cleaned as well as clean out the fuel injector lines. If this isn't the issue it would be great to have some checklist of what to do to start tracking down the issue.
