Yea, it is strange. Western OK is getting almost no rain. Here in central OK we got decent rain and in eastern OK there is flooding. The downtown Arts Festival starts tomorrow. That always seems to bring rain. I may have to sneak down there and graze through the food court. It is a good time, eat some good food, look at some nice but expensive art and some stupid ugly non art, then eat some more. If the weather turns warm there is always some good girl watching.
