got the flowmaster hushpower pro series mufflers mounted and with hangers. still have to complete the tubing welds for the exhaust after the headers. the muffler housing is 6 by 16 inches with 3 in and 3inch out. should provide ample quieting of the exhaust without being restrictive. i did have to relocate the Mezziere electric water pump due to the headers. Renegade Hybrids incorporates a very nice mounting into their engine cradle but i had to nix that. most likely will mount the oil cooler between the front of the engine and the rear spoiler. there is plenty of room and should be ample air flow...fingers crossed. i will mount the thermostat to the cradle framework and the lines will be very short. still have to remove the engine and do a few more things in the engine compartment. but, the primary reason is to remove the 930 transaxle to send to Gary Fairbanks for rebuild...
