Except here in the great mistake of CA - testing is required for any car built after 76!. I gave up on trying to get my 84 euro ( with valid CA stickers, BAR tag, etc) through smog and inspection by DMV, so I gave it to my daughter who is in South Carolina! Move to Flori-duh. One of the few good things about living in this place is the lack of vehicle inspection. You could mount an R-4360 in the nose of your 928, and it would be legal to drive down the road~
