Just ran the numbers again last night. So far it looks like $21,500 without the lift. Lift at last chat, $2800. So $24,300.
I think I'm close, +/- $500.
But what you can't see from the pictures. Is the 12 * 28 attic above the 2 car door part. It's for all the stereo boxes, x-mas stuff and cold weather clothes.
