Why quibble about the purchase price? Whoever buys that car is going to have five times that into it before long.
My 3 point rule, drive train, interior, and paint each count for a point, less than two points is a parts car, like this one. Its one point for drive train is questionable since it hasn't been driven much in years and a number of serious issues can show up in the first thousand miles or so.
