My 3 point rule, drive train, interior, and paint each count for a point, less than two points is a parts car, like this one. Its one point for drive train is questionable since it hasn't been driven much in years and a number of serious issues can show up in the first thousand miles or so.

Which is why i have been saying in posts that at best this is a < 2K car - and I would not give 2k for it here in SD.
But, Trip, I do understand the shortage of possible cars in your area, and would probably still buy it if i lived up there - but under 3K!
