But there isn't much labor in the cost. $3000 in labor for the concrete. And probably $400 for setting the trusses.
DIY makes it pretty reasonable.
I'm being well coached. One of my friends is one of those contractors who build 7 figure homes. And his name isn't in the phone book. 
I can call him on his cell anytime. And he'll walk me though an answer to a question I have. Plus, I use his suppliers with his pricing.
