Depends on the look you are trying to get.. I would probably make walk through from both bathrooms into a stand up shower with no doors...you could put side spray nozzles and a rain head in the ceiling. You could do glass block walls between the shower area and bathrooms to keep the natural lighting (somewhat dated imho) or there are hundreds of tile and natural stone choices to go with. Home Depot or any of the larger construction suppliers sell sheet shower pan liners for doing custom sized shower pans.. Good Luck!
