Your post on the carbs was kind of esoteric. I've had a couple of posts that didn't get much response. I think it's a matter of timing. If the users with knowledge on your issue don't happen to be browsing within a couple of hours of your post, it can get buried a few pages down, and they never see it, because lots of people don't drill down all the way to the last post they read when they get back on. Even if you bump it, it can get buried again.
