for all of you jonesing for some protien..have you tried QUINOA? it is fantastic. if it wasnt so expensive (relatively) i would sub it out for rice.
it is nutty, great texture..and full of protein. it trumps soy in the protein dept. i have a MMA buddy that lives on the stuff.
i buy it at a health food store, and get to flirt with the hippie chicks. i was disappointed that i liked it so much. like all hippie food, it does not sound like it is spelled. they pronounce it like, "keen waah".. effed up, if you ask me.
