They used to build the early Mustangs when I was a kid down at the nearby Rouge Plant. I built several plastic models of them, and bought my first car in 1979, a 1966 notch back Mustang. I had the engine rebuilt, redid the body work myself, and had it painted. It was nice to look at as the sun went down, the dark blue paint and chrome seemed to have a magnetism.

I liked the car, but driving pleasure goes to rear engined cars of any HP.
