In a Turbo I'd only use a synthetic due to the heat and the turbine coking problems with normal oils. I've used Mobil 1 20-50 for over 30 years in 2 turbos and 4 or 5 normally aspirated and have never had a problem.And that is in Texas heat. I think they've recently switched formulations to the extended service 15-50. Discontinuing the normal 20-50 precisely because of the additional additives for our older engines.
