911 RSR GT Race Car
There is a Porsche 911 RSR GT race car in my neighborhood for sale.
I'm trying to assess a value to the car.
3.8L 12.4:1 Compression Ratio Engine -- with possible case damage, it had piston slap.
Carillo Rods, Forged 12.4:1 Pistons.

This 911 RSR Race Car was built in 2006 on a late 1970's chassis by SpeedWerks for over $120,000. What is it worth just the chassis? I've seen it for $26K online,
but I've been offered less.
How much is the whole package worth with the engine out and in pieces?
I'm considering it as a serious DE car and possible longer term PCA racer.
