the one on the left looks better than the picture shows, but the one on the right is definitely nicer. The problem with the one on the right is that someone must have melted the plastic to get the lens free from the screws, and you'll need to use small washers to hold it on. You'll also have to re-use your reflector, which is no big deal.
They're not perfect, but if you'd like I can send them out for $25 shipped for both.
