She has a name for it.
Heard it the first time when she was 13-14ish.
We were doing a shoot, she was making a face, her
PR rep Asked her "what's with the face?".
She responds with, "what, the come _uck me face"
When we were working with them they developed their current
mary-kateandashley type logo.
The original colors were red/green/lavender.
One day my Product Manager comes to my office. She just got off the phone with one of the other M&K licensees. They were doing clothing and the product was on the way to retail for a big launch.
PM tells me the other licensee was in tears. She had to pull everything back so the tags could be removed, get new tags printed and attached, ship back out as well as pull all the signage in stores and have it redone. Was going to cost the licensee pretty much all their profit and then some.
After months of work and sign off on the logo Ashley had finally noticed that her name was in lavender.
She did not want anyone to think that she was a lesbian.
True story.
