i have a ruger 22/45 that i have ALSO TRICKED OUT and shot 650 rds per match PLUS w/practice sight ins with my younger son. we DID TRY AND KILL IT! emphasis on try!
added TACTICAL SOLUTIONS COMPLETE COMBAT WOMBAT UPPER W/THREADED BARREL AND COMPENSATOR and PICATINNY RAIL for RED DOT!
we shot the HELL out of it(over a year-sometimes twice a month) and still continue to do so.
ITS ALL ABOUT THE CLEANING AND THE ...........................LUBE!
but truth be told........................practice with WHAT YER GONNA SHOOT/CARRY!
