Anyone uses a simple off the shelve architect drawing programs. I like to keep the price under 150-200 bucks.

My needs are:

Ease of use
draw simple floor plans and pop it up and have elevation done
view from all direction / fly through

I like to be able to print at my local Kinkos or something similar places. What's a simple software they may hav? I really don't need to print fulll size drawings. Something larger then 8 1/2 x 11 for the workmen.

I am tire of sketching crap on graph paper. Something simple to get permits at the city, at the same time, show clients what things may look like.

Please do not suggest Auto CAD. I have done it in college. I had enough. Anything more then simple drawings, I get my architect. Its cheaper, easier, and a heck of a lot less stress.
