Got this on the way..... a Colt Police Positive Target revolver. It is in .22 rf, 6" bbl and adjustable sights. Flat top frame and checkered rear grip strap are features found only on the Target models. Only about 4% of the total PP production were done in the Target pattern. Here's a couple of pics. Oh, yeah, circa 1935!! Slight blueing wear at the muzzle and on the front edges of the cylinder, otherwise the finish is pushing 100%. The front sight is adjustable for elevation and the rear for windage. Typical of prewar Colt target revolvers.
