Belgian beer and world class tracks! What could be better?
You might want to post some pictures. I'm trying to imagine how far over the tire is wearing on the outside.
From my experience 26mm torsions are too small. 28 29 or 30mm rear torsions will help a lot.
You may want to go to harder bushings as well.
