I've worked both sides of the table. It was nice to be the employee and not have to worry about the back end. This is my second attempt as the owner as well, first biz had a partner, which made things a bit easier. In the end, I don't mind the frustrations. Even though I'm on an uphill struggle, I enjoy the freedoms this biz affords me. I enjoy the challenge.
