I've got the cork/black thing going as well on the ratty '75. It had the original cork carpet in very poor condition, so I replaced with a used carpet set from Pelican classifieds that was in nearly new shape, in black. Door panels are cork, seats (also a classified find) are black. I'm traveling, so don't have pics to share, but I'm going to stick with the two-tone look. It will be killer when I repaint the car in a nice 70's olive green.  |
