I think the manufacturer claims 1/4 inch accuracy. It is just a box that is the size the radio in your car. It only has blinking lights, no display. It records data right to a memory card or to a laptop. It was rather pricey.
One of the surveyors we use to put down ground control targets said his GPS is accurate to the thickness of a piece of paper. That is after it has been sitting on a tripod for while and properly setup.
