Sure, and that's why the university president is investigating the research project. The university decides, not the individual employees. The line between paying tuition for voyeuristic sex demonstrations and prostitution probably isn't much more distinct than the line between performing a public sex act and research into human sexuality. In any case those paying the money for tuition deserve to clearly understand that this type of reasearch is an element of the education the institution provides.
