Yeah, ok, this was in another thread tonight,
3lbs clams
1/2 bottle white wine
2 tbls spns Italian dressing
1 whole clump garlic cut in half
put everything in cold, when they start popping open pull the open ones out
pour the wine over them in the bowl,
serve with bread from the broiler and
sweet potato
plus the rest of the wine
Grahm Kerr said the only way to cook with wine is in the glass, but I had to use some in the pan with clams.
