The guy who built it was a kind of pudgy middle-aged white dude. I assumed when I saw him that he was an engineer. He just had that look (I spent my first career as an engineer, so I can say that
). He had contractors put up the trusses and the roofing, but I think he did the rest himself.
I don't care what's going on there, so I'm not going to do any investigating myself. But I'd feel pretty bad if the place shows up in a news story related to terrorism, or drug production, or mass murder and I hadn't said anything.
I'm thinking of calling the local FBI office and saying, "Umm, you guys know about this place?" and then backing out of it.
