Huh? Which issue. His horn isn't working at all. Unless he takes it apart and manualy grounds it.


You could easily coil a wire around the shaft thus allowing it to coil and uncoil. This would be possibly dangerous. Fix the underlying issue.I though the shaft is grounded through the shaft bearing at the support point. Its a metal ball bearing right?the whole thing should be full of continuity to ground. Am I wrong?
