As a general rule, anytime a cat displays symptoms overtly, it's bad - cats are VERY good at concealing their symptoms (think survival - if you display weakness or injury, you're as good as dead). Get her looked at ASAP!

i think she only drank a lot because she hasn't been able to get to the water dish for a day or so.
