Saw them at the MGM Grand in Vegas a couple of years ago. We were about 5 feet from the ellipse, centre stage. When we were going into the arena, they scanned tickets to win the opportunity to be on the inside of the ellipse, which I won, but declined because there was 5 of us in the group, and they only allowed 2 with the winning ticket.
It's still one of the best live shows I've seen - they certainly know how to put on a show. Bono could curb his political diatribes, though and just stick to singing the tunes.
