Cali has build codes with earthquakes in mind. (forcing owners to pay for the extra structure) Why would there NOT be build codes in an area where disasters are seasonal? That is, why do we have to fund other people's extra structure? (in seasonal disaster areas). Doesn't seem so douchenozzle a comment to say 'you're welcome"
