1. Can you boot them if they don't pay the rent?

2. What if the guy gets a new job. How many years will it be before he finishes your folks new house?

3. What happens if he doesn't finish the house. Will another contractor wanna pick it up?

Seems like a good situation IF he keeps his end of the bargain. Will he? You sure?
