I call fowl!!!! Plenary Power IS all it can be!!! Or should be??? Or would be??? Navy air power???? Pfshaw! ;-)
(Actually I spent time as one of those Air Force pukes on the ground. Air Superiority wins wars but can lose battles. We need A-10s in large numbers to support Helos! Butts in boots win wars, air power provides suprior firepower that suppresses the other guys butts in boots.)
