NC. A former sheriff (now a convicted felon) in the next county over used to brag to the media about doing over 150 mph in his race prepped sheriff's car. I'm not condoning Busch, but I've seen LEO's place a LOT more folks in danger with "trivial pursuits" on congested streets, all in the name of "protecting and serving". They ALWAYS get a free pass even if they kill innocent folks in the line of duty
