Slow down guys....look at some of the big rigs on the road....they have front plates that swing up out of the way when the truck is moving (hinged).
Soooo....put the plate on the front...let it hang down to the ground....put a choke cable on it....pull the cable out to raise the plate....push the cable in to lower it.
Just don't move it while the cop is looking!!
Honest officer...I have a front plate (exit car while pushing knob)...gee officer, for a minute there I thought I might have lost it !
