Hopefully it is far enough out in farm country that it stays that way. I simply could not live in a city ever again.
I can appreciate a beautiful fancy new house, but having the freedom to do what I want on my own own property far out weighs any other lifestyle for me. I am personally happiest when out shooting, riding, flying, fishing, swimming, building, restoring and yes.... even mowing all the grass.
My biggest nightmare would be if the neighboring farmers sold off parcels and I ended up with "city folk"
neighbors who don't like dirtbikes, airplanes and gunshots. If I had the cash, I would buy the whole square mile block.
