This really isn't that big a deal. There is a lot of ex military aircraft out there, primarily ex-eastern bloc stuff. I would bet that if someone really wanted a fully functional attack helo, they wouldn't look on ebay. Start sniffing around the former Soviet Union, that is where the bargains are.
Although a quick web search came up with a place in Kansas with a F-16C, F-18A, EF-111 A-7, A-8, A-4, and another AH1 for sale.
