Be very careful about repeated front License plate tickets.Studies have shown that this is the first step down the slippery slope of criminal activity. There is even a section that deals specifically with repeated 5200CVC violations.

528522 CVC states that after five tickets for the violation of 5200 CVC, whether the fine is paid in full or not, said vehicle will be impounded by the arresting agency and sold at private auction. Registered owner of vehicle will charged and sentenced to not more then six months in county jail and mandatory enrollment in a rehabilitation program.
