2 days ago my left side inner back molars hurt, but more like the gums hurt, something like a canker sore.

bathed my lower jaw with mouthfuls of peroxide a couple of times

pain got worse, but not anything dramatic, just sore and annoying

today I could feel a small sharp object on the left side inner back gums with my tongue. It was sharp. Could also feel it with my fingers, pick at it with a nail. dull pain, not really localized, more like whole jaw.

while trying to "get it out", it did, but it's gone, and am guessing I swallowed whatever it was. Jaw hurts, dull pain.

several months ago my dentist filled in a gap between two rear molars in this area.

2 weeks ago I felt again like food, chicken mostly, was getting caught again.

Could the filled in gap have broken out, migrated down between gums and teeth and them got expelled from the gums itself?

Hoping to see my dentist tomorrow.
