It’s a VERY scary thing if what MMARSH says is true.
It sets the ground work for the state to steal your property if also you have say 5 parking ticketsą in your life.

Hey, California; I want to do a study. I believe I can show a correlation between criminal activity and color choice of car.
While the cost of my study may seem steep, just imagine the revenue generated when the state is able to confiscate all the black cars. . or maybe white cars. . .or maybe, the most popular blue cars –WINK-WINK -- k'ching-k'ching.
How do you Californians let this stand?
