So frustrating some times.
A while back, I figured out that I can send an invoice to someone who doesn't have a Paypal account, and they can pay with a credit card. Cool.
Only thing was, I didn't get a printable copy of the invoice back in email or anything.
So I called and suggested it.
They made it so. Cool.
Once paid, I got an exact copy of the invoice thru email, order details and all, complete with thier shipping address. Way cool.
Now they seem to have broken it again. The email that says I sent an invoice includes no details. The email I get that says they paid the invoice only has thier shipping address, again with no details or invoice copy
Suckage.
I have to connect the dots and link the payment email containing the shipping address with the printable invoice that include the order's details.
There's gotta be a better way.
I know... Hire a secretary...
