Need help on this. I just got my Fuel Distributor back from being rebuilt. Now I can't even start it without putting fuel down it's throat, and even then it's a struggle to keep it running.

The FD worked fine before I shipped it out except it had a slow throttle up hesitation issue. I just put the FD back on and didn't do any adjustments on the A/F or Idle Screw. Re -builder told me he did a bench test and all checked out. I got this answer the day he shipped it but haven't emailed him yet about this issue after the re-install.
