I shimmed my fenders to fit the contour of my door and then fiberglassed a flange to the stock fender mounting surface. It made the fender more rigid, improves the mounting, and holds the shape correctly. I do not understand why these fenders do not come with the flange already installed or maybe my kit was incomplete. I bought it used.
I could still use some help on how to mount the headlights. Anyone?
