Good morning guys.
Rick, I had a short talk this weekend with a kid that sounded like he was right from da hood. He had a job at local oil change place. He wanted to get a job at a Chevy dealership so he could work his way up to be a line mechanic and in his mind have a great job. My advise was no drugs, and make it to work on time every day, and most important, ask the advise of the old Grey hair mechanics, ask them if it is a job they would want for their kids.
I have total respect for the guys doing that every day. It has to be a tough job. I love to work on my own cars but I do it at my pace and never under a deadline. I can't imagine doing it for a living.
Good morning guys.
