With Cindy's Ranger in the shop getting new heads, the Mustang has tuned into a grocery getter.
Coming home from Safeway yesterday, a young guy in a red striped & spoilered 4.6 GT tried to get me in a stoplight gran prix. He launched quite impressively. Did okay considering he has a 3:55 rear end ratio compared to my car's 3:73.
Sorry kid...I had a trunk full of groceries, including Milk & eggs. Besides, that kind of stuff has joined the list of things I
used to do.
Too bad the city cop lurking a block back had turned off just before the launch...I'm sure he'd have enjoyed the show as much as I did.
